As a Chess Federation of Canada (CFC) -rated tournaments, we welcome players of Grade 1 to Grade 12 students at all levels.
Date and Time: 1:30-6:30pm EDT/ September 2&3/ 2 days

1. Is this regular rating or quick rating? – It’s "Quick Rating".
2. What is time control for this tournament? - The time control will be 10 mins per side.
3. How many games will be played? There can be 4-5 rounds perday.
4. How many sections of this tournament? Depends on rating orage group? – We will use CFC software, SwissSys, to match the players and runthe tournament. We will again useSwissSys to send a ratings report to the CFC after the tournament is over so CFC can update the ratings of the individual players.
